Are you our new Warehouse Manager?

The warehouse manager at Fundex is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, issuing and checking goods. He/she ensures optimal inventory management and supports the logistics processes within the organization.

1. Receipt and inspection of goods

• Receiving goods deliveries and checking them for correct quantities and quality.
• Document receipt and record in warehouse system.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or damage.

2. Inventory Management

• Responsible for proper maintenance of inventory records.
• Ensure organized storage and arrangement of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate timely orders for replenishment.

3. Issue and shipment 

• Responsible for properly issuing goods to internal departments or external customers.
• Processing issue and shipping documents.
• Ensure proper and efficient logistical handling.

4. Inventory and audit

• Periodically conduct inventory inventories.
• Review and correct inventory records.
• Report results and deviations.

5. Safety and cleanliness

• Ensure a safe and clean working environment in the warehouse.
• Apply safety rules and procedures.
• Identify risks and improvements.

6. Administration and reporting

• Maintain records related to flow of goods.
• Preparation of reports on inventories and inventory movements.
• Communicate with suppliers, internal departments and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• MBO work and thinking level, preferably in logistics or warehouse management.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics positions is a plus.
• Good organizational skills and accuracy.
• Knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Stress resistant and flexible.
• In possession of a forklift certificate (or willing to obtain one.).
