Are you our new Assistant Superintendent?
We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent (m/f) full-time.

What will you do?
As Assistant Superintendent, you will support the superintendent in the organization and supervision of foundation projects. You are responsible for coordinating work, ensuring planning, and overseeing quality and safety on the shop floor. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors and suppliers.
Your duties:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of projects
- Check work for quality and safety
- Coordinate and monitor planning and progress
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Administrative duties such as reporting and maintaining documentation
- Identify and resolve any bottlenecks in the workplace
Who are you?
- You have an MBO/HBO education in construction engineering, civil engineering or similar
- You have some experience in the construction or foundation industry (preferred)
- You are communicatively strong and dare to take initiative
- You have a proactive and practical attitude
- You are flexible, stress-resistant and enjoy working as part of a team
- You have an eye for safety and quality

Voor deze functie is een MBO- of HBO-opleiding richting Bouwkunde, Civiele Techniek of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding gewenst. Praktische instelling en organisatorische vaardigheden zijn daarbij belangrijk.
Heb ik ervaring nodig om als Assistent Uitvoerder te werken?
Ervaring in de bouw of funderingsbranche is een pluspunt, maar gemotiveerde kandidaten met een technische achtergrond en de ambitie om zich verder te ontwikkelen zijn ook welkom.
Welke werkzaamheden horen bij een Assistent Uitvoerder?
Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten, controleert de kwaliteit en veiligheid, bewaakt de voortgang, onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers en leveranciers en verzorgt rapportages en projectdocumentatie.
