**Job Description:**
As a Planning Office Associate/Junior Engineer, you play a key role in project preparation and support our project manager and site supervisors in ensuring that our projects run smoothly.
**What will you be doing?**
- Preparing and developing calculations and drawings
- Preparing construction projects, including ordering materials, logistics planning, and work planning documents
- Preparing calculations, cost estimates, bills of quantities, and estimates for tenders
- Supporting site supervisors and project managers in the areas of scheduling, safety, and work sequences
- Communicating with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
- Reviewing working drawings and technical documents
- Identifying issues on the construction site and contributing ideas for solutions
- Maintaining project records and preparing final delivery documentation
**Who are you?:**
You are eager to learn, have a practical mindset, and have an interest in construction engineering and project planning. You enjoy helping to shape a project from the drawing board through to completion.

- A completed associate's or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good communication skills

A basic knowledge of AutoCAD is sufficient. If you already have experience with technical drawings and work planning, that’s a plus. At Fundex, you’ll also have the opportunity to further develop your skills.
